The "30-day free trial" gives you full access to the Pro plan for either thirty (30) calendar days from the date of subscription OR five (5) user messages sent through the chat interface — whichever of these two limits is reached first. No amount is charged at signup. The card you provide is collected via Stripe SetupIntent solely so the subscription can be renewed automatically at the end of the trial. As soon as one of the two limits is reached, and without further action on your part, the subscription automatically rolls into the standard Pro plan billed nineteen euros and eighty cents (€19.80) inclusive of all taxes per calendar month, with automatic monthly renewal until you explicitly cancel from your personal account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period without prorated refund. You may cancel the trial at any moment before that conversion through your account, in which case no amount will be charged. The free trial is strictly limited to one (1) redemption per individual person and per payment method (card BIN); the Service operator reserves the right to refuse, suspend or retroactively cancel any subscription deemed abusive, fraudulent, automated or otherwise contrary to these conditions, without obligation of notice or refund. Payment processing is performed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. in accordance with PCI-DSS Level 1 standards; the Service operator never receives, processes or stores any cardholder data. Personal data collected during subscription is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), with the legal basis of contractual necessity (Art. 6.1.b) and, where applicable, consent (Art. 6.1.a). Your right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights remains preserved during the free trial period: no immediate execution waiver applies, since no payment has yet been received. Once the first paid month begins after trial conversion, the right of withdrawal is acknowledged to be lost in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Directive, the digital service having begun with your prior express consent. The Service is provided "as is"; the operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the trial offer is limited to the amount actually paid by the user. The present offer is governed by the Terms of Service in their version applicable on the date of subscription.
